Our
ultrasonic welder is designed for heavy industrial use. It is of
particular interest to those who require rapid horn changes and
short setting-up time to assemble a wide range of plastic
components.
The machine
has a stroke of 75mm and can accommodate components up to 350mm in
height. The transducer booster horn assembly can be rotated through
360". At the heart of pneumatics is a cylinder with cushioning and
fully controllable speed on both up and down stroke.
